PRACTICE CONCENTRATION and EXPERIENCE

Litigation -- Commercial and Personal Injury -- in the areas of professional liability defense, hospital liability, product liability, licensing actions, and intellectual property litigation.

Additionally, extensive experience in health care law and insurance law, with a special emphasis on the handling of HIPAA, confidentiality, HIV/AIDS, substance abuse and mental health-related legal issues, as well as drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements.
